Automating Excel and CSV: Cleaning, Combining and Reporting
About the service
Bring dates to one format, remove duplicates, combine uploads and get a summary table – I will make this into a repeatable processing of your files.
What comes in
One scenario for processing up to three XLSX/CSV files with a total volume of up to 50,000 lines: up to five agreed cleaning/combination rules and one final file or report sheet. I will pass the result, the Python script for re-run and the instructions.
Packet boundaries
The package works with a pre-agreed table structure. The complex financial model, damaged file recovery, VBA rewriting, and 1C integration all require separate evaluation.
How we work: before ordering, we confirm that the task is suitable for the package; we record the result and input materials. Once executed, you receive files, instructions, and a demonstration of the agreed script. I use AI/Codex in the development and check the results.
Two rounds of edits in the original volume are included. Within seven days after delivery, correct the defects of the changes made in the agreed scenario. The new requirements are evaluated separately.
What we need from you: Depersonalized samples of tables, processing rules, explanation of columns and an example of the desired result. Specify the number of files and lines. All changes are first checked on copies of the data.
