Conduct a technical audit of a project, task or existing solution and prepare a structured TK/technical specification.
First, I’m going to look at the original problem and the current situation: what is already there, what is needed, what systems, data, integrations, constraints, and participants are involved. Identify gaps, contradictions, and risks and formalize the requirements so that the document can be shared with the developer, integrator, contractor, or internal team.
