About the service
I will develop and develop a technical solution for industrial automation based on PLC, HMI/SCADA for new equipment, modernization of the existing system or preparation of the project for implementation.
I begin by analyzing the process, existing automation, equipment, signals, modes, constraints, and performance requirements. Then form the system architecture, PLC/HMI/SCADA structure, I/O composition, interfaces, industrial network, hardware requirements and node interaction logic.
What I can do:
the architecture of the ACSMS and the structure of management levels;
PLC, HMI, SCADA and the interaction between them;
Discrete and analog signals, I/O and connection points
sensors, actuators, frequency and servo drives;
Industrial networks and protocols: Ethernet, Profinet, Modbus, OPC UA, etc. ;
sequences, lockdowns, accidents and operating modes;
safety/PAZ requirements and access levels;
Integration with existing systems and the upper level
modernization and replacement of obsolete equipment;
Documentation, testing and acceptance requirements.
Suitable for production equipment, process lines, individual machines, modernization of ACS, preparation of technical specifications and selection of an integrator.
The output is a structured engineering solution in the amount of the selected tariff, suitable for further development, evaluation, equipment purchase or transfer to the contractor.
What we need from you: Send me to start. a description of the equipment or process; What is required to be received or changed; available schemes, TK, lists of signals, photos, videos and documentation; a list of installed PLC, HMI/SCADA, actuators, sensors and network equipment, if known; description of operating modes, accidents, locks and problem areas; requirements for integrations, protocols, security and access levels restrictions on equipment, manufacturers, timing and infrastructure. Passwords, access keys and secret data are not necessary for preliminary study.
