Procedure

How a dispute is reviewed

1

Settle it between yourselves

First the two sides try to agree on fixes or a compromise in the project chat. Many disagreements are resolved simply by clarifying the acceptance criteria.

2

File for review

If no agreement is reached, either side can open the procedure. The funds stay reserved and both sides attach the deal materials.

3

A decision under the rules

The case is reviewed under the XDBay Escrow Rules. A full or partial payout, a refund or another outcome is possible depending on the circumstances.
