Principles

How the fees work

Three principles behind how the cost of a deal is calculated on XDBay.

A fixed 10% paid by the client

The 10% platform fee is paid by the client. It is known in advance and does not change during the project, and the contractor receives the agreed amount in full.

Transparent settlements in USDT

Every amount is shown before confirmation. Escrow reserves the payment and, once accepted, transfers it to the contractor less the applicable fees.

No hidden charges

The platform takes no hidden charges beyond the ones stated. Network fees and withdrawal rules are shown to the user before the operation.

What the platform fee covers

The fee covers running the secured environment: escrow, KYC, communication tools, storage of the project history and support for the dispute resolution procedure.

The network fee on USDT transfers is a separate cost of the blockchain transaction that depends on the chosen network. How it is split between the parties is fixed in the platform terms.
